The Property
With fantastic views of Lake Windermere these dorms are positioned perfectly to fully enjoy the sprawling landscape and provide somewhere warm, clean and comfortable for you to retire to at the end of an eventful day exploring the thriving Lake District.
It’s impossible to capture the true beauty of this area in a two-dimensional photo. So why not come along and experience it for yourself?
The rooms themselves are part of the newest addition to the Lakeside North camp, the Stoller Campus. This is certainly one of the best places to be, to fully appreciate the tranquillity of the waters that feel just touching distance away.
While situated down a well-travelled country road to provide the tranquillity and peace that is afforded to the area the nearest town is the historic town of Ulverston with Bowness and Windermere not far behind. The nearby towns provide a great range of restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities, while nearly 50 land and water based activities are accessible from closer to home; such as canoeing, paddle boarding, climbing, archery, fell walking and caving just to name a few. -
The Space
Each private room provides accommodation for two with access to a private EnSite, situated within Lakeside’s North Camp at the YMCA. Large floor to ceiling windows provides natural light that spills in to each room with misty morning views and the perfect spot to keep warm while watching the sun rise and set over the lake itself.
