    Waterside House is located in the outskirts of the iconic town of Windermere, a short walk from the town centre. Where you will find an array of café’s, bars, restaurants and quirky independent shops. Within walking distance of Lake Windermere, where you can find fantastic shopping opportunities and a thriving cafe and bar culture for you to enjoy.  Rounding your afternoon off, take a leisurely walk along the glebe or, if your feeling more adventurous a boat ride on one of the many lake cruises, alternatively, hire a private boat for a more personal experience and live out any sea fairing pirate fantasies you might have had as a child.  This property truly finds the perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of a nearby town and the quiet tranquillity of country life.

  • The Space

    This house offers a modern feel with gorgeous furnishings and wood features. The main attraction of this property is the garden area. For a luxury retreat away Waterside is the perfect stay. 
    The kitchen and dining area are large enough for 6 people to enjoy. The lounge area has a large TV with Netflix for a relaxing night in. Each of the bedrooms has a King Bed with TV and there are 3 bathrooms one of which has a bath and 1 ensuite to one of the bedrooms.

    Waterside House has roadside parking. The Property is just a few minutes walk form the town centre and short stroll from Windermere train station. Children are more than welcome however there are no stair gates or ‘child proofing’ within the property. Late check out is available for a cost of £20.

  • Additional Information

    A Deposit of £100.00 is to be charged on the date of arrival and returned one day post check out. This is charged to the card used to secure the booking.

    We are pet friendly. However, this is subject to an additional fee of £10.00 per evening, per pet.
    Late check out is available for a cost of £10, which is to be left in an honesty box found at the property.
