This spacious family or double room on the first floor welcomes you with its impressive views, generous space, and abundant natural light pouring through large windows. For peace of mind, your valuables can be securely stored in the in-room safe, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
Ideal for accommodating large families or groups of friends, the room features a comfortable king bed and two cosy sofa beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.(Sofa bed’s and zbeds are suitable for children, please let us know prior to arrival if you would require a cot or sofa bed. For children of the age of 12 and over, an extra person fee is applicable.) For families with little ones, a cot can be provided upon request.
The meticulously designed bathroom is a standout feature, boasting a refreshing walk-in shower and a delightful feature bath, allowing you to unwind and indulge.
Convenient parking is available just outside the guest house, guaranteeing easy access to your accommodation. If you desire a delightful start to your day, you have the option to enjoy our breakfast at Lyth Valley Country House for an additional £10 per person.

The check-in time at Lyth Valley Country House is between 2:30 PM and 5 PM. If you plan to arrive after 5 PM, please make prior arrangements, as our reception is not staffed during those hours.
For check-out, we kindly request that you vacate the room by 10 AM to ensure a smooth transition for our next guests.
Please note that the Lyth Valley Country House does not have a lift or designated disabled access. Please be aware that the Robin Room, in particular, can only be accessed via the main staircases and has a step leading into the room. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests with mobility challenges. Pets are welcome at Lyth Valley Country House, but we kindly request that they are accommodated only in designated rooms: the Pheasant, Herdwick, and Fox. To ensure a comfortable stay, a fee of £25 per pet applies, and we kindly ask you to arrange this in advance before your arrival.
To start your day right, we offer a delicious breakfast at Lyth Valley Country House. You can add breakfast to your booking for £10 per person, either settling it in advance with Skies or upon arrival with the Lyth Team.
