Just a short walk from the center of Bowness-on-Windermere, this stylish property blends traditional Lakeland character with modern comfort—offering a peaceful family retreat in the heart of the Lake District.

    Inside, the house features spacious and thoughtfully designed interiors, including an open-plan kitchen and dining area fitted with sleek cabinetry, Corian worktops, and high-spec integrated appliances. Glass doors lead directly out to a large patio terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, with a private hot tub and uninterrupted views of the lake—an idyllic space for relaxing after a day exploring.

    Across three floors, there are multiple living areas, including a bright first-floor lounge with log-burning stove, surround sound system, mood lighting, and access to a private balcony. Each of the four bedrooms is generously sized, with calming décor and scenic outlooks; several enjoy direct lake views. Bathrooms are finished to a high standard, including spa-style en-suites and a freestanding bath positioned to take in the surrounding landscape.
