The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, and offers everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. A Bosch dishwasher, installed in early January 2024, adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

Retreat to one of the two comfortable double bedrooms to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms, one family bathroom located just down the hall and an ensuite bathroom attached to the master double bedroom. The family bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, while the ensuite bathroom features a bath with a shower, sink, and toilet.

And don’t forget, your booking includes the added luxury of an assigned private parking space, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Parking is provided for one vehicle in the private assigned space found in the resident car park, off-street.

The closest bus stop is the Royal William Yard stop, with the next closest bus stop being the Leigham Street bus stop, which is located 1.4 miles away from the main building. Taxi services are available within the area.

The parking space is an assigned space, simply let us know your vehicle registration so we can note this within the parking system to take advantage of the convince, and never worry about locating a spot on the bustling street or historic roads. There is a small outdoor seating area that hosts a table with seating for two, to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink, while enjoying the waterfront.
