The Space
Rosemount can be found in the heart of iconic Lake District town of Windermere, offering a spacious Victorian townhouse experience. With eight comfortable en-suite bedrooms spread over four floors, this family retreat caters perfectly to groups of up to 16 guests.Â
Upon arrival, enjoy convenient off-road parking for up to six vehicles. Â
Starting from the uppermost floor, Rosemount features a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There are two king-size bedrooms complete with en-suite walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rails, and WC’s.Â
On the second floor you will find a super king bedroom complete with a four-poster bed and large bay windows, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all with en-suite walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rails, and WCs. Â
The final bedroom located on the ground floor hosts a four-poster king-size bed and a single bed in an attached room with an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC.
Additionally on the ground floor you will be met by the inviting sitting room boasting comfortable seating, a large bay window, and a Smart TV for relaxation after a day of exploration. Â
From there, head downstairs to the open-plan living space, features a crackling woodburning stove, generous sofas, a large Smart TV, and a spacious dining area. The shared family bathroom on this level features a spacious Villeroy and Boch bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Â
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook a home meal or enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore the Lakes. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, the room hosts ample seating for all. Off-road parking for six cars, a rear garden with astroturf, picnic tables, and barbecue are also available. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.
