Every property project is unique, and our tailored solutions begin with a £1,000 upfront retainer. This allows us to gather essential information, including measurements, design details, and pricing breakdowns. This retainer is fully refundable should you choose Ridgestone to manage your property.

Onboarding
Building a strong relationship with you is our top priority, and it all begins with a guided onboarding process. We’ll be with you every step of the way, from our initial conversation to gathering all the property details we need. We’ll work to create compelling marketing and showcase your home at its best, providing our full support to ensure a seamless experience. We’re confident that through this process, we can build the trust you need to feel comfortable knowing your property is in the best hands.
1. Contracts
Get acquainted with the team and sign the Terms of Letting and accompanying Appointment form.
2. Photography
We will deliver high-resolution, professional photographs of your property.
3. Onboarding Form
We will guide you through the completion of the Onboarding form and provide any other relevant information for your peace of mind.
4. Housekeeping
Either engage a cleaner, or we will source one for you on a case-by-case basis.
5. System Upload
Ridgestone begins the process of creating the listing within our established online travel agents profiles.
6. Owner Portal
Once the listings are established, Owner Portal access may be granted.
7. First Bookings
We will arrange a start date for your property to go live and start taking bookings.
8. End of Month reporting
The owner revenue report is issued on the 7th working day of each month, containing the previous months’ total revenue.
