Onboarding
Welcoming you to Ridgestone begins with establishing clear contractual terms, followed by gathering property details through our Onboarding Form and professional photography. This enables us to create compelling marketing materials, enhance your home’s appeal, and integrate it seamlessly onto our website. We’ll arrange or incorporate your preferred housekeeping service to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll receive a detailed Owner Revenue Report monthly, providing complete transparency on your property’s performance and earnings.

Signs the Ridgestone terms of Letting and accompanying Appointment form.
2. Photos
Provide high resolution up-to-date photos or arrange for these to be taken with Ridgestone.
3. Onboarding Form
Complete the Onboarding Form and provide any other relevant information for the property.
4. Housekeeping
The current housekeeper is granted Guesty access or a contract is secured for the cleaning of the property.
5. Guesty Upload
Ridgestone begins the process of creating the listing within the Guesty system.
6. OTA Connections
The Guesty listing is connected to our established OTA profiles.
7. Owner Portal
Once the Guesty listing is established, Owner Portal access may be granted.
8. End of Month Reporting
The end of month owner revenue report is issued on the 1st of the month for the previous month’s revenue.
